You move up to the next plan whenever you wish. The change is immediate, you lose nothing and there is nothing for you to do.
From your space, one button prepares a complete archive — your database and all your attachments. You receive a download link by email; it stays valid for 7 days, then the archive is deleted from our servers and you can request another one. No justification required.
These files belong to you: an IT professional can reinstall them elsewhere. After cancellation, your data remains retrievable for 30 days.
The complete archive is available from the 1 GB plan. With the free plan, you export your data screen by screen from your space.
The difference is about resources — memory and computing power — not about your data, which is in a separate database in both cases.
Shared: your space shares an application server with other customers. Resources are pooled, which is what makes these low-priced plans possible, and it is more than enough for everyday use. The trade-off is that heavy activity from a neighbour can slow your space at peak times.
Dedicated: your space runs on an application server reserved for you. Memory and computing power are shared with no one: other customers' activity peaks never reach you, and your own heavy jobs — imports, reports, stock counts — get the whole machine.
The Free and 1 GB plans are shared; from 10 GB up, your space is dedicated. You can change plans at any time without losing anything.
